What Information is Collected?

Swarbrick Software Inc. may collect personal information such as, for example, User Name, Company Name, Mailing Address, Billing Address, Phone Number(s), Email Address(es), Credit/Debit Cardholder Name, Credit/Debit Card Type, Credit/Debit Card Number, Credit/Debit Card Expiration Month and Year. In addition, when you add or modify Credit/Debit Card information, your CVV2 Code (“Security Code”) is required. This Security Code is not stored; rather it is SSL encrypted and passed to the merchant gateway for initial Credit/Debit Card authorization / re-authorization. Swarbrick Software Inc. may also obtain your IP address, MAC address, Microsoft Windows Product ID (PID), and other information about your computer, network, hardware and software. This information is used to identify your computer, verify service entitlement, and provide computer support.
You may be required to register or otherwise voluntarily provide personal information to have access to some of the Services. You always may choose not to provide certain personal information, but this may lead to decreased functionality of the Site for you and our inability to provide you with certain Services. We also may request you to voluntarily provide personal information that is not required to access certain Services.
