Like many people I suppose, I was skeptical of your online ad that said you take on the world of virus, spy ware and general problems with a promise of "I'll fix it or you don't pay me!" I thought ... "Probably all hat and no cattle, but what's the harm in a call?" It was the best call I have ever made, as it turns out.
I knew almost immediately when my computer became infected. Because I have been familiar with computers for over 20 years I was sure I could handle it. Much to my surprise, two weeks later and it wasn't fixed! For one reason or another, the virus defeated my efforts. Finally, "wow!!", I thought, it is time to call in a pro. I looked around at some of the guys that don't have credentials and finally called you. I'm glad I did!
It was gnarly, viscous, and nasty from some foreign country, ( that we probably owe money to ) but you got it. You are truly a hunter and a warrior. I'm back up and running and I really appreciate it.
